Heating & Cooling

• Central heat is guaranteed during winter months.

• Pellet stove adds extra cozy ambiance but is not guaranteed due to its learning curve and occasional temperament.

• A/C includes three window units installed from mid-to-late May through early September, weather permitting.

• The lower portion of the back deck does not have a surrounding railing.

• Showers have tub bases and may be slippery when wet.
